Netflix confirmed the release date of Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead, the upcoming live-action adaptation of the manga series created by Haro Aso and Kotaro Takata. The adaptation will come out on August 3, 2023 on the streaming platform. Additionally, Netflix shared a new trailer for the show.
Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead follows protagonist Akira Tendo, a dissatisfied office worker that has the chance to live life on his terms after a zombie apocalypse strikes Tokyo. Akira wrote a list with a hundred things to do before becoming a zombie and is set on completing it.

The original Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead manga is written by Haro Aso and illustrated by Kotaro Takata. Haro Aso also created the Alice in Borderland manga, which was also picked up by Netflix and adapted into a live-action series. Two seasons of the Alice in Borderland Netflix live-action adaptation appeared. The first one released in December 2020, and the second one in December 2022.
The release date for the Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead live action Netflix adaptation is August 3, 2023. An anime adaptation aired on July 9, 2023. The manga is immediately available, with Viz Media handling the English release.
