Zoids Patlabor Crossover Hunter Wolf Kit Pre-Orders Open

The 1/35 scale kit will cost 4,950 yen (~$33). Once completed, the owner will be able to insert a AAA battery and turn on the switch to make the Zoid walk on its own while opening and closing its mouth. The lamp wings’ position before operation will also determine their behaviors during the automated movements.

Takara Tomy originally will only ship this product domestically inside Japan. Although its web store supports the Buyee proxy shipping service, it is not compatible with this model kit. However, people residing outside Japan have another option to place orders on AmiAmi, which supports worldwide shipping at a discounted price of 3,960 yen (~$26.34).

This model kit will appear to mark both the 40th anniversary of Zoids and the 35th anniversary of Mobile Police Patlabor. Each franchise also has more projects to celebrate their respective anniversaries. Takara Tomy revealed a special Gatling Fox kit modeled after the Hololive VTuber Shirakami Fubuki. Meanwhile, MOVeLOT is constructing a pilotable life-sized AV-98 Ingram with its reveal slated for Summer 2024.

The 1/35 scale ZoidsPatlabor crossover model kit of the Metropolitan Police Force Ver. Hunter Wolf will be available in late June 2024.
