It’s Yoshi-P made into a Yo-kai! It was made by the original designer, and the two above are the only ones that exist in the world.

 

Final Fantasy XIV is currently available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PC. Yo-kai Watch 3 will release in Japan on July 16, 2016 for Nintendo 3DS.
