Yakuza Kiwami Will Come To PlayStation 4s On August 29, 2017

Today, Yakuza Kiwami’s release date and launch edition were announced. The PlayStation 4 remake of the original Yakuza will come to North America and Europe on August 29, 2017. It will cost $29.99/£29.99/€34.99. In addition, first run copies will come in a Steelbook case.

 

In addition to the Yakuza Kiwami release date announcement, means of getting a taste of the game ahead of launch were offered. A new trailer has made its debut, as well as a Yakuza Experience site. The site offers information on the series’ characters and timeline. There’s even a the first issue of a 10-page digital comic that follows Kazuma Kiryu’s life in “Pride of Kamurocho.”

Yakuza Kiwami made its Japanese debut on the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 on January 21, 2016.
