On March 15, 2018, Xseed Games revealed it would be holding a Twitch stream to reveal one of three mystery games it would be localizing and releasing outside of Japan. It turns out the company is bringing Ys: Memories of Celceta to the PC in 2018.
The PC version of Ys: Memories of Celceta is being handled by Hyde Inc., the same people who did the Ys Seven PC port. The game will be playable in 30fps, 60fps, 120fps or with an unlocked framerate. It will support 1080p resolution and higher. There will be dynamic shadows and upscaled portraits, though the build shown was only the second one ever and did not reflect all changes.
Ys: Memories of Celceta is available for the PlayStation Vita. It is a retelling of the Ys IV story, with other versions being Ys IV: The Dawn of Ys and Ys IV: Mask of the Sun. It is the only version of the Ys IV story developed by Nihon Falcom.
