Pyra is the next fighter for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Rex’s ally from Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Pyra is slated to join the game in March 2021. She appears in dual form with Mythra, and can switch freely during combat.
The Pyra Super Smash Bros. Ultimate announcement was a part of the February 17, 2021 Nintendo Direct. Pyra comes with a stage themed to the game, as usual, this one set on the back of companion titan Azurda.
Pyra is the latest addition to Fighters Pass Vol. 2, following ARMS‘ Min Min, Minecraft‘s Steve and Alex and Final Fantasy VII‘s Sephiroth. Two more characters will be included in the pass, but they haven’t yet been revealed. Fighters can be purchased individually for $5.99 as well.
