Wuthering Waves Will Come Out on PS5 in Early 2025

The PS5 version of Wuthering Waves will come out on January 2, 2025. Version 2.0 will come out on that same date.

Kuro Games first announced that a PS5 version of Wuthering Waves is in development back in July 2024. At the time, there wasn’t a lot of information about when it would come out or what it would be like. According to the new announcement, save progress will be synced across all platforms. This means that you can start right from where you stopped when you pick up the PS5 version.

Version 2.0 will introduce Rinascita, a new explorable region, as well as some new characters. The official Wuthering Waves X (formerly known as Twitter) account has released the splash art of these characters, though we don’t know much about their kits or personalities yet. New characters who’ll appear in Version 2.0 include Phoebe, Brant, Roccia, Zani, and Carlotta. More information on them will appear later on via the official social media channels.

Wuthering Waves is readily available on the Windows PC and mobile devices. The PS5 version of Wuthering Waves will come out on January 2, 2025, which is the same date that Version 2.0 will go live.
