Ahead of the Wuthering Waves launch this week, Kuro Games revealed a new trailer, a Mac App Store release, and confirmed rewards from various launch events. With the Wuthering Waves Mac App Store release, it is just a confirmation that it is on the way. The game is already going to appear on both iPads and iPhones at launch. The Epic Games Store PC version only covers Windows systems.

As for the Wuthering Waves launch trailer, it focuses on showcasing characters and areas in the world. It is set to a song by Will Stetson.

There was also a Wuthering Waves live stream on May 19, 2024, which went over trivia, launch details, and other announcements.

As for the Wuthering Waves rewards people get for claiming, there’s an update on pre-registration items and other bonuses. All the pre-registration milestone bonuses were met. Previously, the five-million one that would have gotten people a four-star Rangers’ series weapon of choice hadn’t been reached, but now it has. So everyone gets a Sigil: En Route, 20 Lustrous Tides, 200 Astrites, 80,000 Shell Credits, and 10 Advanced Resonance Potions. The announcement also confirmed everyone gets the playable four-star characters Sanhua and Yuanwu, another free weapon, a free five-star Winter Brume series weapon, 1,600 more Astrite, and a Novice Convene banner that can guarantee two five-star characters if you pull on it.

Wuthering Waves will come to PCs and mobile devices on May 22, 2024.
