Calcharo is a five-star Electro broadblade DPS character, and his playstyle is pretty simple. He is, first and foremost, an attacker, focusing on dealing a lot of damage at once. All of his abilities allow him to deal great amounts of damage. So, if you are looking at pulling for him, just know he should be the main focus of your team’s damage output.

Which Calcharo Skills Should You Level Up First?

Calcharo doesn’t have a very complicated skillset. All of his abilities boil down to dealing damage. Literally. As a result, you want to focus on his abilities that he will use most often like his Basic Attack and his Resonance Skill. His Resonance Liberation also gives an attack buff the next time he uses his Intro Skill, so you might want to consider leveling his Intro Skill up as well for some extra damage.

Best Calcharo Weapons in Wuthering Waves

These are the best weapons for Calcharo:

  • Dauntless Evernight:
    • After using his Intro Attack, Calcharo’s Attack is increased by eight percent, and his Defense is increased by 15 percent. This effect lasts for 15 seconds.
  • Lustrous Razor:
    • Energy Regeneration is increased by 12.8 percent. After using a Resonance Skill, the damage inflicted by his Resonance Liberation is increased by seven percent. This can stack up to two times and lasts for 12 seconds.
  • Broadblade of Night:
    • After using his Intro Attack, his Attack is increased by eight percent. This lasts for ten seconds.

Best Calcharo Echoes in Wuthering Waves

Calcharo’s Echoes should focus on improving his damage output, especially his Electro damage. In fact, you want as many Attack and Electro DMG bonuses as you can get, so select Echoes that give him a boost in his overall offensive power.

As for Calcharo’s Echoes’ substats, you’ll want to again focus on Attack and Electro damage bonus. If you’re short on those kinds of substats, Energy Regeneration is also not a bad choice either as it will allow him to use his skills more frequently..

Best Calcharo Teammates in Wuthering Waves

Because Calcharo is a DPS character, he won’t benefit from being on the same team as other DPS characters. Here are some of the best teammates for Calcharo:

  • Verina: five-star, Spectro rectifier, support character. Verina has some good off-field damage capabilities, but she serves Calcharo best through her healing.
  • Aalto: four-star, Aero Pistol, ranged sub-DPS character. Aalto is a decent ranged attacker who can disappear and taunt enemies.
  • Baizhi: four-star, Glacio rectifier, support character. You get Baizhi for free, so she’s the earlier healer you can obtain.
  • Taoqi: four-star, Havoc broadblade, support character. Taoqi has decent defensive moves that serve as a good contrast to Calcharo’s offensive moves.

Wuthering Waves is now available on Android, iOS, and PC.
