Blizzard has announced the World of Warcraft: The War Within roadmap, detailing what players can expect beyond the initial launch of the brand new expansion. There are many more events, new content, and patches players can look forward to in the next few weeks after The War Within’s release, including the launch of Season 1.

The War Within is already available by the time you are reading this. Fortunately, Blizzard is ensuring players have plenty of new content to look forward to in the near future once you beat everything the base expansion has to offer. Here is the full World of Warcraft: The War Within roadmap for the start of the Worldsoul Saga. Note that the schedule includes some of the events that happened before the expansion’s release.

• Warbands Expanded Account-Wide Progression: July 23, 2024
• Skyriding: July 23, 2024
• Cross-Realm Guilds: July 23, 2024
• Radiant Echoes Event: July 30-August 26, 2024
• The War Within Early Access: New story, four new zones, new hero talents, solo or multiplayer Delves, Earthen Forged Allied Race, eight new dungeons, and Deephaul Ravine PvP Battleground, August 22-26, 2024
• The War Within Global Launch: August 26, 2024
• Season 1: September 10, 2024

All New Content in The War Within Season 1

World of Warcraft: The War Within Season 1 is going to be the first post-launch massive content update for the monumental 10th expansion. Players can look forward to a new raid, several new dungeons, and more. If you happen to have the entire expansion completed by then, there is plenty of new endgame content.

Here is everything you can expect to see when Season 1 releases on September 10, 2024:

• Nerubar Palace Raid
• New Mythic Raid: This begins a week later on September 17, 2024
• 4 New and 4 Returning Mythic Dungeons
• New PvP Season
• Rated Battleground Solo Queue
• Seasonal Delves
• New Class Tier Sets

The World of Warcraft: The War Within expansion is available right now for PC. Season 1 begins on September 10, 2024.
