I’m a huge fan of Rina in Zenless Zone Zero, and she’s probably my best character so far due to her versatility. Yes, she’s best with fellow electric and Victoria Housekeeping characters. But if I had to pick my favorite, I think Soldier 11 has an excellent design and solid utility as well.
