Before you can even do the Camouflaged side quest, there is a prerequisite. You must first complete the Yesteryear’s She Kindled Inspiration quest in Florawish. This will unlock Camouflaged for you to then do. As for the location of this particular quest, you will want to head to the NPC Rosy. You can find her just east of the Dream Warehouse Tower fast travel point or southwest of the Secret Base.

Rosy will ask you in the Camouflage Kindled Inspiration quest in Infinity Nikki to help her find a disguise to blend in with the Faewish Sprites. As such, the idea here is to have a clothing item that resembles the Faewish Sprites in a way. That is what makes this particular quest so confusing since there is nothing obviously like that.

The answer turns out to be a specific skirt. The skirt you need for this quest is the Wishful Pact skirt. You can get this particular skirt at the clothing boutique in Florawish for a handful of Bling. Then you just need to put on the skirt and show it to Rosy. She will get the inspiration for her own Faewish-inspired outfit.

Doing this will complete this quest and earn you some sweet rewards in the process. You will get the Starlit Night hat sketch and 20 Diamonds. The hat sketch even seems to match the skirt you used.
