Palworld Orserk location – where to find

If you’ve fought the Axel and Orserk World Boss at the Tower of the Brothers of Eternal Pyre on Mount Obsidian, you may be wondering where to catch Orserk in the wild. Unlike other Pals who appear all over the map, Orserk is a rare Pal who only spawns in one place in Palworld. You’ll also need a flying mount to get there, so it’s not somewhere you can access immediately upon starting your world.

To find Orserk in Palworld, you’ll need to head over to the No. 3 Wildlife Sanctuary, located in the northeast section of the map, just past the desert. I’d recommend flying over from the Deep Sand Dunes fast travel point in the desert as it’s the closest to the No. 3 Wildlife Sanctuary.

Below is a map of the exact location where you can find Orserk:

How to catch Orserk in Palworld

Because Orserk is rare, it’s likely that it won’t appear the second you fly into the No. 3 Wildlife Sanctuary. If this happens, you’ll need to leave the area and come back until the Electric/Dragon-type spawns in.

Another hurdle to consider is that entering the No. 3 Wildlife Sanctuary is actually a crime. If you’re spotted, you’ll gain a Wanted Level and have PIDF Guards hunting you down. For this reason, I’d recommend staying on your flying mount at all times so you can zip away quickly if you need to.

Below are the steps you can take to catch Orserk:

  • From the Deep Sand Dunes fast travel point in the desert, climb on your flying mount and fly to the spot shown on the map above.
  • Once you arrive at the No. 3 Wildlife Sanctuary, check if Oserk has spawned in.
  • If the Electric/Dragon-type Pal isn’t there, fly out of the No. 3 Wildlife Sanctuary and back in again to reset the area’s spawns.
  • Continue to enter and re-enter the No. 3 Wildlife Sanctuary until Orserk appears.
  • Because of Orserk’s dual-typing, it is weak to Ice and Ground-type. Bring Pals like Penking, Chillet, Digtoise, and Reptyro.
  • Orserk spawns at levels 40-44, so I recommend using a Legendary Sphere, which can be crafted with 10 Paladium Fragments, 5 Cement, 5 Pal Metal Ingot, and 3 Carbon Fiber.
  • Once its health is below 10%, withdraw your Partner Pal so it doesn’t accidentally knock Orserk out before you catch it with your Legendary Spheres.
  • If you don’t want to use a Legendary Sphere, you can use an Ultra Sphere, but note that the catch rate will be lower.

How to breed Orserk in Palworld

If you’d rather breed Orserk because of its high level in the wild, you can use the breeding feature in Palworld. Like Grizzbolt, another rare Pal owned by a Tower Boss, it only has one breeding combination outside of using two of itself. So you’ll need to make sure you have the correct Pals on hand if you hope to hatch it. You’ll also need the Breeding Ranch in your Base, which is unlocked at level 19 via the Technology menu.

Palworld Relaxaurus location

Relaxaurus is found south of the Sealed Realm of the Thunder Dragon dungeon in Palworld. There’s no specific spawn point for Relaxaurus, as you can find it all over this island. It is common, so you’ll spot one in no time. You can find Relaxaurus’ exact spawn locations in the habitat map here:

Palworld Grizzbolt location

Grizzbolt is found in the Wildlife Sanctuary No. 1 in Palworld. You can find a detailed breakdown of where it spawns and how to catch it in our Where to find Grizzbolt in Palworld guide. Here’s its exact location in the map below:

Now that you have the correct Pals, here are the steps to breed Orserk:

  • Unlock and craft the Breeding Farm at level 19.
  • Unlock and craft a Cooking Pot at level 17.
  • Use the Cooking Pot to bake a Cake. You’ll need 5 Flour, 8 Red Berries, 7 Milk, 8 Eggs, and 2 Honey.
  • Catch a Relaxaurus and a Grizzbolt, ensuring that one is male and the other is female.
  • Assign them to the Breeding Farm by picking them up and throwing them inside of the Breeding Farm’s fence.
  • Put the Cake in the chest just outside of the Breeding Farm fence.
  • Wait four minutes until the yellow breeding circle completes.
  • A Huge Egg will eventually appear.
  • Pick up the Huge Egg, place it in an Egg Incubator, and wait for it to hatch.

How to catch Oserk Axel

Lastly, you can catch the World Boss version of Oserk using a Palworld glitch. To do this, visit Small Settlement and aggro the guards by shooting at an NPC to get your Wanted Level up. Run over to the Small Settlement fast travel point and warp to the Eternal Pyre Tower Entrance fast travel point. The PIDF Guards should move with you.

Go inside the tower and get in between Axel and Oserk and the guards until the guards accidentally shoot Axel and Oserk. The World Boss will freeze and turn its back to you – use this as your chance to throw a Pal Sphere at it. Any type of Sphere will work if the glitch is performed correctly, even though the catch rate will show as 0%. Once it’s caught, you’ll need to respawn in the main menu; you’ll return to your Base, where you’ll find the duo in your Pal Box.

Axel and Oserk are more of a commodity than of actual value, especially on your Base, as their Work Suitability isn’t the best. But if you really watch to catch ‘em all, it’s worth the catch. Note that Pocketpair could fix this glitch at any time, so if you want Axel and Oserk, I’d advise going after it sooner rather than later.

Palworld is now available on PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
