Palworld Beegarde location

In Palworld, Beegarde can be found in groups protecting Alpha Boss Elizabee. However, catching the Grass-type Pal can be a bit tricky for a couple of reasons. First, you’ll have to defend yourself from Elizabee, who will attack you aggressively. Secondly, Beegarde has a move where it explodes and kills itself.

Thankfully, there is a section of the map where you can catch the worker bee on its own without distractions. Beegarde is located next to the Mount Flopie Summit fast travel point in Palworld, just west of the Sealed Realm of the Guardian location on the map. You can find the exact location of Beegarde on the map below:

How to catch Beegarde in Palworld

The best way to catch Beegarde is to find one alone on the map. Unfortunately, the Grass-type Pal usually spawns in groups. Because of this, you are going to want to have a weapon that can stun it, as well as the right-level sphere to catch it.

Below are the steps to catch Beegarde in Palworld:

  • Collect the following loadout of items to take on Beegarde:
    • Giga Sphere – Unlocked at level 20 and can be crafted with 2 Paldium Fragment, 2 Ingot, 7 Wood, and 7 Stone.
    • Stun Baton – unlocked at level 22 and can be crafted with 20 Ingot, and 20 Electric Organ.
    • Three-Shot Bow – Unlocked at level 10, and is crafted with 10 Fiber and 5 Paldium Fragment.
    • Mega Shield – can be crafted at level 16 with 5 Ancient Civilization Parts and 30 Paldium Fragment.
  • Warp to the Mount Flopie Summit fast travel point on the map. As soon as you are there, travel to the location marked on the map above.
  • Look around the area for a group of Beegarde wandering the overworld.
  • If you don’t see Beegarde, leave the area to reset the spawns and return until you spot the Grass-type Pal. I recommend using one of the flying mounts in Palworld, as you can leave and re-enter the area quickly.
  • Immediately use your Stun Baton to paralyze one of the Beegarde. And throw a Giga Sphere at it.
  • If you can’t catch it, you may need to use your Bow to lessen its health. Shoot it to drop its HP and stun it again with your baton.
  • The second Beegarde starts flashing red and white, it’s gearing up to explode on you. Throw a Sphere at it to stop it, or try stunning it. Just be as aggressive as possible and throw out as many Giga Spheres as you can at it before it blows up.

To breed Beegarde in Palworld, you must unlock the Breeding Farm at level 19. You will also need at least one male and one female Pal from the list of breeding combos posted above. Once you have everything ready, you can breed the Grass-type with these steps:

  • Unlock the Breeding Farm at level 19 and find a place to build it in your base.
  • Take two Pals from the Breeding Combo list above and assign them to the Breeding Farm. You can do this by picking them up and throwing them over the farm’s fence.
  • Once you have a compatible Male and Female Pal in the Breeding Farm, you need to bake a cake using the Cooking Pot.
    • The Cooking Pot can be unlocked at level 17 and is crafted with 20 Wood, 15 Ingot, and 3 Flame Organ.
    • Use the Cooking Pot and bake a Cake with 5 Flour, 8 Red Berries, 7 Milk, 8 Egg, and 2 Honey.
  • After you bake the cake, place it in the wooden box that is on the side of the Breeding Farm.
  • Wait 5 minutes for the yellow Breeding circle in the farm to fill up. When it’s done, a Huge Verdant Egg will appear.
  • Pick up the Huge Egg and place it in an incubator. The Beegarde will hatch after the timer is up.

How to Farm Honey in Palworld with Beegarde

The most useful way to use Beegarde is to farm Honey in Palworld. Once you’ve caught or bred the grass type, you can set up a honey-making factory that will give you an infinite amount of the useful item.

Below are the steps to farm Honey with Beegarde in Palworld:

  • Build a Ranch after unlocking at level 5.
    • A Ranch can be crafted with 50 Wood, 20 Stone, and 30 Fiber.
  • Interact with the Palbox at your base, and select click the “Palbox Management Menu” button.
  • Assign your Beegarde to an empty slot in the “Pals at the base” category in your box.
  • Pick up your Beegarde and carry it over to your Ranch. Throw it over the fence to assign it.
  • Wait a minute or two while your Beegarde is “grazing.”
  • Eventually, your Beegarde will drop Honey on the floor.
  • Craft a chest nearby and assign a Pal with the “Transportation” Job Suitability.
    • A Chest can be crafted at level 2 with 15 Wood and 5 Stone.
  • Leave your base for a couple of hours, and then check back on your box where Honey should now be building up.

Honey is an essential resource in Palworld, as it’s one of the ingredients needed to bake a Cake. And, of course, you can’t breed in the game without making the dessert. So catching or breeding Beegarde is a useful tip in the game, as you can set up a method to generate Honey permanently without having to go out searching for it.

Palworld is now available on PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
