Where Is the Velvet Room in Persona 3 Reload

The Velvet Room is one of the most important locations you can visit in Persona 3 Reload, as that’s where you’ll be managing all your Personas. Fortunately, it is incredibly easy to find and access it in the game.

Where is the Velvet Room located in Persona 3 Reload?

Well, it’s technically on something of another plane of existence. But as for entrances, there are two you can take advantage of as you play. Which one you use depends on where you are and what you’re doing for the day.

If it is the Dark Hour and you are in Tartarus, then you’ll find it on the first floor of the dungeon. In the lobby, immediately to your left when you walk in, you’ll see the doorway. Elizabeth will be standing beside it. So after you unlock the ability to head to Tartarus on April 20th, you’ll also be able to stop by while you explore to go in and work with Igor and Elizabeth. Specifically, it can be a regular fixture for visits around April 21st. 

If it is any other time of day, however, then you need to head to Paulownia Mall. If you go from the quick movement options via the world map, you can automatically select to even enter the mall at the Velvet Room doorway, so long as you’ve been there once before. When you go into the mall, run all the way to the back to the hallway below the karaoke bar. You’ll see Elizabeth standing there and that familiar door. 

As a reminder, while at the Velvet Room you can take Elizabeth’s requests outside of it. If you go inside, you can manage your Personas. You can register ones you have, fuse them, perform special fusions, and pay to resummon past Personas you once owned, but later lost.
