Seeing as the manga is finished, each new anime episode is closer to the end of the manga. Season 1 – 6 of My Hero Academia covers up to chapter 328 of the manga. Each season of the anime has 25 episodes save for season one, which only consists of 13 episodes. Similar to season 1, My Hero Academia season 7 has less than the standard 25 episodes.

The 7th season of My Hero Academia consists of 21 episodes. These episodes will cover the manga starting from chapter 329, the beginning of the Star and Stripe Arc. Along with the Star and Stripe arc, there four arcs for the anime to cover:

  • Star and Stripe Arc
  • U.A. Traitor Arc
  • Final War Arc
  • Epilogue Arc

Season 7 adapts the Star and Stripe Arc and the U.A. Traitor Arc. The Final War Arc is currently being adapted as of episode 13 of the anime. Episode 13 adapts up to chapter 369 of the same name, “A Chain of Events, Across the Ages”. This leaves room for 61 out of the 430 total chapters to adapt. Based on past seasons, Bones, the studio behind the anime, animates around 50 – 70 chapters of the manga. With 40 out of a potential 70 manga chapters animated, Bones will have 30 more chapters to adapt for season 7. However, 31 chapters remain for Bones to adapt in another season. If Bones doesn’t condense the rest of the manga into the latter half of season 7, My Hero Academia will end with season 8.

My Hero Academia follows Midoriya Izuku on his road to becoming the greatest hero. Read the My Hero Academia manga on MangaPlus and Viz Media. For anime viewers, watch the superhero shonen on Crunchyroll.
