Although Fortnite has already released skins for Zuko, Katara, and Toph, many players have been wondering when Aang will be available in the Battle Royale. This guide will explain when Aang is coming to Fortnite and what date and time you will be able to unlock the Avatar: The Last Airbender protagonist.
When is the Aang skin coming to Fortnite? Avatar: Elements release date & time
Aang is coming to Fortnite on April 12 after the Avatar: Elements event goes live at 9 AM ET. However, players may have to wait a bit longer if the game ends up having server issues as it had with the launch of Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2.
If everything goes smoothly, though, then we have a release window for when you can get The Last Airbender hero. Below is the release times worldwide for Aang in Fortnite according to Epic Games:
- Friday, April 12 – Avatar: Elements (Aang Release Event)
- 6 AM (PT)
- 9 AM (ET)
- 2 PM (BST)
- 10 PM (JST)
How to Get Aang in Fortnite
Unlike other skins, Aang will not be purchasable in the Fortnite Shop and must instead be unlocked through the Avatar: Elements battle pass. The Aang Fortnite battle pass which includes his skin, will reportedly cost 1,000 Vbucks according to dataminer HypeX:
Here is what you can get in the Aang Battle Pass:
- Free Aang Mini Pass
- Elemental Cycle (Spray)
- Four Elements Banner (Back Bling)
- The Four Elements (Wallpaper)
- Dramyin (Back Bling)
- My Cabbages! (Emote)
- Laughing Toph (Emoji)
- Sokka’s Space Sword (Pickaxe)
- Appa (Glider)
- Paid Aang Fortnite Mini Pass
- Baffled Aang (Emoji)
- Aang (Icon)
- Aang’s Air Sphere (Emote)
- Momo Messenger (Back Bling)
- Avatar Aang (Spray)
- Air Nomad Staff (Pickaxe)
- Aang (Skin)
- Avatar State Aang (Skin)
Avatar fans will not want to miss out on the April 12 event, as Aang will only be avaiable for a limited time. And based on how long other characters have taken to be bought back, such as the Kratos Fortnite skin, it could be a long time before we see the Airbender in the battle royale again.
Fortnite is available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, mobile and PC.
