What Is the Fortnite OG Full Map Schedule?

Within the new Fortnite OG season there are not only many new challenges and rewards to be earned, but a new map that calls back to the original and features a schedule of changes. However, with this map in particular, the developer plans on cycling through various older maps featured in previous seasons of the game to keep up the spirit of the original.

November 9, 2023 Map Update: Loot Lake

The first change on the map is to Loot Lake. In this map, the island at the center of Loot Lake rises, and there is now a tornado in the center. Compared to the other two, this change is fairly unobtrusive. Some of the items reintroduced with this section of the map are the double-barrel shotgun, mounted turret, and the quadchaser buggy. Kevin the Cube also made a reappearance.

November 16, 2023 Map Update: Snow Biome

For the next change to the Fortnite map, the snow biome will return over the entire southwest third of the map. This biome will include many high glaciers, as well as a massive air base with planes. Additionally, pirate camps will appear across the map. Some of the items introduced will be the quad-rocket launcher, the poison-dart trap, and of course airplanes.

November 23, 2023 Map Update: The Future

Concluding the Fortnite OG full map schedule is the Future. It will be the last of the previous arrangements to the game. For this map, many areas and landmarks will be given a cyberpunk/futuristic aesthetic, with similar tools and mechanics we saw featured in Season 9 and X. Among these will be the air tunnels players could travel through and a meteor that will strike the map at some point during this week. Returning items will include the heavy sniper, the jetpack, and the Baller rolling device.

Fortnite is available on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, Windows PC, and mobile devices.
