What Does the Among Us Fungle Map Look Like?

Innersloth has finally added a fifth map to Among Us, the Fungle. The new setting is themed around a spaceship that has crashed on a fungus-infested planet and is broken up into three interesting areas packed with Tasks to complete.

The Beach in the Among Us Fungle map

The new Fungle map is broken up into three primary locations. Like other levels in the game, each area in the map features a collection of unique tasks for crewmembers to complete. The first area you enter in the Fungle is the Beach. It is the largest section of the map and dominates the entire left half of the screen.

The Beach area is littered with the ruins of the crashed spaceship, forming the walls of the buildings. While most of the Tasks on the map are inside, others are Beach Activities. At the center of this map is the Emergency Room, where you will return whenever an emergency occurs. As such, you will find yourself returning to this map often.

The Mountain in the Among Us Fungle map

Standing atop the Fungle in the upper right is the Mountain area. This section is connected to the Among Us map only through “chokepoints,” making it good for cornering either the impostor or his would-be victims. These points are the zipline to the Beach on its left and the two ladders to the Fungal Wastes at its base. At the lowest area covered in grass, you will find two binoculars to spy on teammates or scheming impostors.

The Wastes in the Among Us Fungle map

As you may have guessed from the name, Innersloth made the lower right portion of the map a forest of mushrooms. Upon entering, you will immediately be hit by reduced lighting under the shade. Stepping on the green mushrooms across this map will cause a pink haze to block vision for a few seconds. Given the amount of cramped pathways and corners there are in this section, it is perfect for any impostor trying to hide their deed.
