Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS arrives in Japan on a day all to itself. While most Japanese games come out on Thursday, Smash debuts on Saturday, September 13. Nintendo’s brawler has traditionally been for consoles, this will be the first portable installment and it includes the 3DS exclusive Smash Run mode.
CyberConnect2 also has the latest Naruto fighting game, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution, set for release this week, which has Mecha Naruto as one of the many playable fighters. Destiny comes out worldwide, but in Japan Activision’s game is a PlayStation exclusive and will be published by Sony Computer Entertainment Japan instead of Square Enix who usually handles Activision titles in the region.
