As promised, Nintendo shared a third The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom gameplay trailer. This latest video is the last time people will get to see the game ahead of its May 12, 2023 launch. However, once it does debut, there should be more commercials and trailers highlighting this entry.
Here’s the third The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom gameplay trailer. Essentially, this expands on things we’ve already seen before. Things begin with Link diving down from the sky. After that, we get a better look at Hyrule in this latest video, as well as those friendly and hostile individuals living in it. There are even times when Link can fight alongside them. We also get a better idea of how Link’s new abilities will work in the game.
Each The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom gameplay trailer reveals a bit more about what to expect from this Breath of the Wild sequel. One focused more on what it will be like to explore the new airborne islands, as well as the places on the ground. The one shared in March 2023 highlighted some of the new abilities Link will be able to use. For example, we saw how Link would be able to create contraptions or access new areas with his powers.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will launch on May 12, 2023 alongside a new Link amiibo and themed Pro Controller. It will be the first first-party $69.99 game. Its matching OLED Switch model will debut on April 28, 2023 and does not include a copy of the game.
