Wait, Could Aquapazza Really Come Out In North America?

Fighting games are still popular in the West and many games in the genre find their way overseas, but Aquapazza really? Aquapazza: Aquaplus Dream Match from Arcana Heart developer Examu would be a surprise since the mashup cast of characters comes from games never released overseas like Utawarerumono, Tears to Tiara, and To Heart2.

The rumor comes from Play-Asia, which says a US version is scheduled to come out later this year. Play-Asia has Aquapazza listed for $34.90, so maybe it will be a $29.99 game if it gets an overseas release. But, Chaos Wars came out, which was even more unlikely so anything is possible.

First released in arcades, Aquaplus added an extra story mode, online play, and a replay save feature.
