Vita’s Dynasty Warriors 8 Empires A PlayStation Store Exclusive In North America

Last month, Koei Tecmo announced it would be bringing Dynasty Warriors 8 Empires to the PlayStation Vita in Japan. Now, the company has revealed the title will also be coming stateside. In fact, North America will be receiving the game before Japan.

 

The Japanese release date for the Dynasty Warriors 8 Empires PlayStation Vita release is November 26. Koei Tecmo has revealed North America will see the game on the PlayStation Store on November 24. It will only be available digitally in the west.

Dynasty Warriors 8 Empires was originally released on the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on February 24, and on Windows PCs two days later on February 26. The PlayStation Vita port will offer touchscreen controls, cross-save and cross-play with the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 versions of the game, and local two-player cooperative multiplayer.
