Truant Pixel Announces The Visual Novel Romance Collection for Black Trans Lives Bundle; Proceeds go to The Okra Project

Indie studio Truant Pixel, which you may know as a producer of high quality and officially licensed PS4 dynamic themes, has announced a new charity-driven bundle to be hosted on itch.io, set to release on July 10, 2020 and run through July 31. It’s called the Visual Novel Romance Collection for Black Trans Lives, and you can get it for a minimum purchase of $10. In return, you get a bundle of 14 games at a combined retail value of $140, and all of the bundle’s proceeds will go to charity organization The Okra Project.

The Okra Project is a collective organized to support black trans people, a group that is deeply marginalized and subject to violence at a disproportionate rate even within this marginal group. Specifically, The Okra Project is targeting food insecurity, and for every $90 it collects, it’s able to hire a chef to prepare a meal for someone in need.
