Vikala will primarily fight by launching random projectiles in this Granblue Fantasy fighting game. The shikigami Dormouse will also accompany her throughout her in-game appearance. Her personality will also change based on whether she is wearing the iconic rat ears or not.

Cygames has published a character page for Vikala, which includes her in-game personal theme BGM “Welcome to the Parade.” It has also uploaded the individual gameplay trailer for Vikala with two different voiceover versions. The one available on the game’s official YouTube channel features the Japanese voiceover by Atsumi Tanezaki:

A complete English version of the trailer, which includes Hayden Daviau’s voiceover for Vikala, is also available via the Cygames EN channel:

Vikala will be the sixth and final DLC fighter in Character Pass 1, but she won’t be the last overall character. Cygames revealed during the Evolution Championship Series in July 2024 that it will also add Sandalphon to the roster. The “1” in the currently available Character Pass 1 is already an indication for Cygames to release a second pass that will add even more DLC characters.

Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising is readily available worldwide on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC. Vikala will appear as a new DLC character for the fighting game on October 25, 2024.
