One of the most fun aspects of Vampire Survivors is debating which character is the best for runs. This guide will break down the best Vampire Survivors characters in the base game and DLCs up through Operation Guns and ranks them in a tier list.

Standard tier ranking will apply here with one caveat. There is one character so beyond this Vampire Survivor character Tier List that they will stand alone in their own tier. Otherwise, we’ll rank the characters starting with S, then move to A, B, C, D, and F in that order. So let’s get started!

As mentioned earlier, Queen Sigma is in a league all her own. She’s so immensely powerful compared to the other characters that there’s no way she could sit on the same tier as them. This makes sense, though, as you have to essentially 100% the base game to unlock her, so it’s cathartic to use her to decimate stages.
