Valfaris Is A Gory, Heavy Metal-Infused Sci-Fi Sidescrolling Shooter

Therion has returned to his lost homeworld, finding the ancient paradise covered with a creeping darkness filled with creatures that need to be reduced to bloody gibs in sidescrolling sci-fi shooter Valfaris.

An array of possessed beings and colorful, tainted environments await players in Valfaris. Using high-powered alien machine guns and other futuristic weapons, players will cleave a gory swath through the beings that infest the planet, steadily making their way to the source of the planet’s woes. As they do so, the action will be backed up by a heavy metal soundtrack, aiming to drive the constant gunfire with a hammering beat.

Valfaris is projected to release in 2018.
