Universal Studios Japan has released the full list of attractions that will appear during the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba collaboration. This includes a Demon Slayer VR ride. This ride is based off of the events of Demon Slayer: Mugen Train and will feature XR technology to fully immerse attendees. The Demon Slayer attractions will appear starting September 17, 2021 and will remain in the park until February 13, 2022. [Thanks, Famitsu!]
A total of three attractions will be available for attendees to experience, one of which includes the mentioned Demon Slayer VR ride. The second is a roller coaster that will feature two original stories. However, this ride will feature a more comedic element as attendees can experience commentary from Tanjiro and other Demon Slayer characters during the ride.
The final Demon Slayer attraction at Universal Studios Japan is a Demon Slayer Corps. training challenge. It will cost ¥1,200, or roughly $10, to participate. Attendees will receive a special booklet and arm badge upon participation.
In June 2021, it was revealed that Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba themed attractions would appear at the amusement park. However, details remained scarce. In the past, Universal Studios Japan has held several collaboration events which featured unique attractions from the Resident Evil and Monster Hunter series.
