The half anniversary will introduce the Aoharu Cup ~ Shine On, Bonds of the Team ~ scenario in Uma Musume Pretty Derby. The story will also unlock new songs for the girls to sing and dance when they win a race. The Aoharu Cup scenario will focus on four existing horse girls, as well as two newcomers.

Taiki Shuttle, Matikanefukukitaru, Haru Urara, and Rice Shower will get the spotlight. The two new horses are Bitter Grasse and Little Kokon. Bitter Grasse is strong and energetic, though she doesn’t play well in a team. Little Kokon is a cool and stoic uma musume with a sharp tongue, and she prefers doing things her own way. Unlike other horse girls, these two are not based on an existing race horse.

Despite the fact that Uma Musume: Pretty Derby is only available in Japanese, it was the third highest-grossing mobile game worldwide in May 2021. At the time, it beat out games such as Genshin Impact, Candy Crush Saga, and Roblox.
