You can watch the opening animation here:

It features ReoNA’s “Juvenile,” with ufotable as the animation company. The animation starts with a brief glimpse of Ciel’s past before moving on to her more modern life with Shiki. Characters who make cameos include the members of the Tohno family, other heroine Arcueid, and new character Mario. Aside from seeing Ciel as the schoolgirl she normally is, we can also see Ciel acting in her capacity as part of the Burial Agency.

Ciel is the second heroine in Tsukihime -A piece of blue glass moon-, only becoming available to romance after you complete Arcueid’s route. She and Arcueid are the two characters you can romance in the first game, and the second game (which is still in development) will focus a lot more on the Tohno family members. Aside from her appearance in Tsukihime, Ciel is also one of the fighters in Tsukihime spin-off, Melty Blood (including Type Lumina).

Tsukihime -A piece of blue glass moon- is readily available on the PS4 and Nintendo Switch. You can read our review of it here.
