Toy Soldiers Developer Working On XBLA RPG, Ascend: New Gods

Toy Soldiers developer, Signal Studios, are developing an RPG for Xbox Live Arcade, titled Ascend: New Gods. More specifically, it’s a third-person action RPG with a feature called “parallel multiplayer”.

Parallel muliplayer means that, while you can either play with or against other gamers over Xbox Live, you’ll each be in your own separate worlds. The catch is that players will be able to impact one another by sending blessings or curses.

Microsoft will be publishing Ascend: New Gods. A price and release date for the game haven’t been announced yet, but you can watch a debut trailer for the game above.
