Falcom’s upcoming action RPG, Tokyo Xanadu, has an interesting story that will have you go between the real world and the “Other World”. In addition to what we know of the protagonist and heroine, this week’s issue of Dengeki magazine reveals a new character named Sora. [Thanks, Zaregoto.]

The new playable character, named Sora Ikushima, is serious yet ingenuous character, who is considered a genius in the arts of karate. She’s a first-year student and is part of the karate club.

Due to her pure and naive personality, she seems to clash with the seniors of the club. As for her personal life, she’s currently living in a rooming in an apartment.

When it comes to combat, her reach is on the shorter side, but she more than makes up for it with her incredible speed and moves. Sora prides herself in her offensive capabilities.

In Tokyo Xanadu, the protagonists use weapons called “Soul Devices”. You can see Sora’s Soul Device weapon on her arm, which she uses together with her karate moves to take on enemies.

Tokyo Xanadu will release in Japan sometime in 2015 for PlayStation Vita.
