Bandai Namco has just provided a release date for Tokyo Ghoul:re Call to Exist. People will be able to start hunting ghouls on the PlayStation 4 in Japan on November 14, 2019. Then, one day later on November 15, 2019, people in the Americas and Europe will be able to play it on the PlayStation 4 and PC. This reveal follows a delay that pushed the title out of 2018 and into 2019.

In Tokyo Ghoul:re Call to Exist, players follow both ghouls and investigators. The online portion will involve 4v4 matches where half of the players will be ghouls using kagunes to attack and the others will be investigators with manufactured quinques. Both ghouls and investigators will each have their own skills that people can use to attempt to survive.
