After the successful Bringing It Home experiment for E306, Microsoft is releasing content from the Tokyo Game Show and X06 online. Starting on Sept. 20 (this Wednesday) to Sept. 29 content from both shows will be available to download. Over 100 new downloadable goodies will be online for the ten day period, but once it hits 12:01AM PST on September 30 most of the content will not be available. So go on a downloading spree before then and take advantage of background downloading while killing zombies in Dead Rising. Some of the games that will have new trailers include:
Call of Duty. 3 (Activision)
Dead or Alive Xtreme 2 (Tecmo)
Forza Motorsport 2 (Microsoft Game Studios)
Kayne & Lynch (Eidos)
Kingdom Under Fire: Circle of Doom (Microsoft Game Studios)
Need for Speed Carbon (EA)
Project Sylpheed (Square-Enix)
Shrek 3 (Activision)
Viva Piñata (Microsoft Game Studios)
Two new Xbox Live Arcade titles will also be available, one for the week of Tokyo Game Show and another for X06. Maybe one of them will be Lumines Live. Finally Microsoft has a little teaser, “a never before announced major franchise making its way onto Xbox Live Arcade.” They already snagged Castlevania, so what franchise do you think it’s going to be?
