People can watch Tanjiro, Nezuko, Zenitsu, and Inosuke’s adventures via a new service. January 22, 2021 is the day Demon Slayer debuts on Netflix. Subscribers can immediately see how the adventure begins. Both the English dub and original Japanese voice acting are available as options.
As a note, only 26 episodes of the Demon Slayer anime adaptation are immediately available. It covered about the first six story arcs of the series and ends right as the group teams up with the Flame Hashira, Kyojuro Rengoku, to investigate the Mugen Train.
At the moment, only one season of the Demon Slayer anime is available. However, Demon Slayer the Movie: Mugen Train does continue the events of the arc of the same name. The film set box office records in Japan, becoming the highest-grossing movie in 2020. The English-dub and subtitled version will appear in early 2021 outside Japan.
In case you missed it, here’s Aniplex’s new Demon Slayer the Movie: Mugen Train dubbed trailer.
People can now stream Demon Slayer on Netflix, as well as Crunchyroll, Funimation, and Hulu. Physical copies can also be purchased, as the series is available on Blu-ray. Viz Media handles the manga localization, and volume 19 just appeared in English in December 2020.
