We’re not sure why the prince is called the "hero," because he gets killed in the beginning of Time and Eternity: Toki Towa. Players control Princess Toki who travels back in time in search for a way to save her love. Imageepoch says Time and Eternity is a love meets fantasy JRPG and it sounds like players will get to pick who the prince marries.
Princess Toki has two souls inside of her. When the Prince is mortally wounded, Toki transforms into her aggressive alter-ego Towa. Players will be able to switch between the two characters in battle and it sounds like the prince has to make a choice too. Promotional materials for Time and Eternity asks who will the prince choose Toki or Towa?

VOFAN designed the characters for Time and Eternity and Satelight (Persona 2: Innocent Sin) is handling animated movies. Yuzo Koshiro from the Etrian Odyssey series is doing the music. Time and Eternity is slated to come out on October 11.
