Seeing as they were released some time ago, maybe the supply of them in the wild ran out. Or maybe it’s been their plan all along, as these Final Fantasy: The Four Heroes of Light bosses—Belphegor, Asmodeus and Beelzebub—are being injected back into Bravely Default: For the Sequel again in Japan. However, as a twist, their recommended levels have been switched around. Check below for those details.
What’s not exactly made clear is whether those who’ve previously cleared these bosses will be able to re-download them again via Wi-Fi, though it’s probable that you can since these might be considered “new” bosses. As always, you can also re-encounter them when someone with these bosses StreetPasses you or sends a Friend invite.
Beelzebub will be available from the 17th of January till the 23rd. He’s now a tough head to crack for parties of max level 99.
Belphegor however is for the early-game players now and can be killed as early as level 20 in this iteration. He was previously a level 80 minimum boss. He’ll be available from the 24th to the 30th of January.
Asmodeus gets bumped up from level 70 to max level 99 characters and will be available from the 31st of January through to the 6th of February.
This sounds great for those who were hoping to kill them before, but couldn’t, or want a fresh challenge on these guys with their better-prepared parties.
Bravely Default: For the Sequel is out now in Europe for the Nintendo 3DS and in the US on February 7th. Pray to the divines, my brothers and sisters, to grant us grace and bring these over to the West!
