This Week In Imports: Mario, Luigi, And Bowser Close Off 2018

Japan’s ending 2018 with a bit of a quiet week, with the major new release being Mario & Luigi: Bowser’s Inside Story + Bowser Jr’s Journey, a remake of the Nintendo DS classic RPG that is still heralded as the best game in the Mario & Luigi series. Bowser Jr.’s Journey refers to a new mode where you take control of Bowser Jr. and the Koopalings, and amass an army to take on Fawful’s minions in their own style.

Dynasty Warriors 8 Xtreme Legends Definitive Edition also launches this week, bringing another flavor of Musou goodness to the Nintendo Switch that includes everything added to Dynasty Warriors 8 over the lifespan of that game.
