Tales of Series Reaches A New Sales Milestone Of 20 Million Units Worldwide

There hasn’t been a new Mothership Tales of game for a few years now, but the series is well and alive as Bandai Namco announced that it has reached a new milestone of 20 million units sold worldwide.

To commemorate the occasion, Bandai Namco is celebrating with three campaigns for the series, starting with a Tales franchise sale on Steam that currently has Tales of Berseria and Tales of Symphonia discounted 75% and Tales of Zestiria for 50% the price.

 

The second campaign is a set of wallpaper and social media icons. The top image is available as a wallpaper over at the official website in resolutions of 1024×768, 1280×1024, 1920×1080, and 1920×1200.

Lastly, a third campaign involved tweeting out the hashtag  ♯テイルズオブメモリー (#Talesofmemory) to share your Tales of series memory for a chance to be one of three lucky winners to get a Tales of Festival 2019 pamphlet signed by the voice cast.

 

The Tales of series’ last Mothership title was Tales of Berseria which first released in Japan in August 2016 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3, followed by a PC release in January 2017. The series’ first entry was Tales of Phantasia which released in Japan for the Super Famicom in December 1995.
