The Star Wars Social Game From… Konami?!

This article is over 12 years old and may contain outdated information

Konami is no stranger to licensed video games. They made titles starring characters from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Tiny Toons Adventures, but I believe Star Wars Collection is their first time working with C-3PO.

Star Wars Collection is a social game where players battle with collectable (digital) cards. Cards come from all six Star Wars films and include popular characters such as Darth Vader, R2-D2, and Yoda plus vehicles like the Millennium Falcon. You gain new cards by completing quests and if you can defeat a boss, like Darth Maul, you can move to a new area. After you create a solid deck, you can battle other Star Wars Collection players.

Star Wars Collection is free to play and will be available for Android devices via GREE, a social networking service, this month. An iOS version of Star Wars Collection is also in development and is slated for release in March.
