Taito has announced a July 25, 2019 release date for The Ninja Saviors: Return of the Warriors, which is known as The Ninja Warriors Once Again in Japan. The game is set to release digitally on the Nintendo Switch eShop and PS4 PS Store.

For those unfamiliar, The Ninja Saviors: Return of the Warriors is a remaster of The Ninja Warriors Again, which released on SNES. Apart from remastered visuals, the playable characters have gotten new moves they can use, and like Wild Guns Reloaded, there are two new playable characters, which you can see below:

The Ninja Saviors: Return of the Warriors has previously been announced for the West, published by German publisher United Games. Strictly Limited Games is releasing a limited-run physical edition, but the Western version has not seen a released date yet. Meanwhile, the game releases in Asia physically on July 25 as well, with English, Trad. and Simp. Chinese, Korean, and Japanese subtitle support.
Meanwhile, in Japan there will be a soundtrack album containing the music for all three versions of the game, The Ninja Warriors (arcade), The Ninja Warriors Again (SNES), and The Ninja Saviors: Return of the Warriors. It’s titled The Ninja Warriors Trilogy Album, and releases on August 3, 2019.

The Ninja Saviors: Return of the Warriors releases on July 25, 2019 in Japan and Asia on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. The game has been announced for Western localization but has no release date.
