Next week, we’ll see what happened to Sazh Katzroy after the events in Final Fantasy XIII. Square Enix created a new storyline for him called "Heads or Tails?" where Sazh heads to Serendipity in search of his son, Dajh.
The extra scenario will also reveal a connection between Sazh and Chocolina, the mysterious time-traveling merchant who wears a choco-kini. She wants Sazh to find missing chocobos in The Missing Young Chocobo Case side quest.
Heads or Tails? also adds a new mini-game. Serendipity Poker is basically Texas Hold ‘Em – Final Fantasy style. Everyone gets two cards and five additional cards are dealt face open on the table. Players make the best five card hands using a combination of their two cards and the community cards.
Serendipity Poker starts with a round of pre-flop betting before three cards are revealed. Aturn and river card are dealt afterwards. Between rounds players will check, bet, raise, fold or go all-in.
Final Fantasy XIII-2’s first downloadable scenario goes live on February 28 for 400 Microsoft Points or $4.99 on PlayStation Network.
