Campo Santo has announced that its first-person survival adventure Firewatch will be out for Windows, Mac, Linux, and PlayStation 4 on February 9th 2016.

“Right now we’re still polishing, optimizing, writing, and developing the last bits of the game, but we can’t wait to put it out there for you to play,” writes Campo Santo. “Our goal is a worldwide simultaneous release!”

The studio also released the three new screenshots you can see above and below to mark the occasion. You see a watchtower, a burned forest, and a meadow at sunset.

Firewatch takes place in 1989 and is set around the Wyoming wilderness. You play as a new fire look out whose first day involves investigating mysterious events in the forest. You’ll interact with wild creatures, chop trees, and abseil along the way while getting instructions from your superior on a handheld radio.
