One of the quality of life features that have been included with the Switch versions of Trails of Cold Steel I and II is the High-Skip Mode. This feature doubles the speed of events and time traversing the field and quadruples the speed of battle. Supported languages for this version include Japanese, traditional Chinese, and Korean.
These are the only details disclosed thus far regarding the upcoming Switch versions of The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel I and II. However, the developers mention that there will be future updates detailing more information about these ports. There has been no mention of a Western release.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel I originally released in Japan for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita in 2013. A PlayStation 4 port followed in 2018 in Japan, and 2019 for Western regions. Trails of Cold Steel II released in Japan in 2014 to the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita, with a PlayStation 4 port released in 2018 for Japan and 2019 for Western regions.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel I and II will arrive on the Nintendo Switch sometime in Summer 2021 to Japanese audiences.
