The Heroic Legend of Arslan’s Warriors-Style Game Will Look Like Its Anime Series

Last week, we reported that Koei Tecmo are working on a Warriors-style game for The Heroic Legend of Arslan, titled Arslan Senki x Musou. This week’s issue of Famitsu magazine provides more information on the upcoming PS3 and PS4 game.

As mentioned in an earlier report, the playable characters for the game are Arslan and Daryun. Other characters from the anime will appear, but there’s no word on whether they’ll all be playable.

Omega Force are using a “Toon Rendering” system to have the game represent the visuals that match the looks of the anime. In battle, you’ll get to go on horseback to take out enemies, along with some other new actions we’ve yet to see in a Warriors game.

Arslan Senki x Musou will release in Japan sometime in Fall 2015 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3.
