The Denpa Men RPG Free! has reached 2 million downloads on the Nintendo eShop in Japan, developer Genius Sonority announced this month.

Genius point out that it took the game 8 months since its July 2014 launch to reach that figure. Granted, 2 million isn’t anywhere near the scale of games like Rage of Bahamut and Puzzle & Dragons—which have been downloaded tens of millions of times—but for a free-to-play game on a dedicated games platform, that’s pretty good.

It also makes it two “hit” free-to-play games under Genius Sonority’s belt, the other being Pokémon Shuffle.
