The Darius Cozmic Collections Switch and PS4 Versions Will Arrive Next Week

The Darius Cozmic Collection Switch and PlayStation 4 games finally have a western release date, and they will show up sooner than you think. Both Darius Cozmic Collection Arcade and Darius Cozmic Collection Console will appear on June 16, 2020. Each one includes multiple ports handled by M2, with versions of the titles from multiple regions all in the same collection.

Darius Cozmic Collection Arcade is the smaller of the two, and it is priced accordingly. People will be able to pick it up for $44.99/£34.99/€39.99 and get four games. There is Darius, which has new, original, and extra versions included. Darius II is available with its dual screen variant. Darius Gaiden is there to offer another take. Finally, Sagaia is present with its 1 and 2 variants.

As Darius Cozmic Collection Console includes six games, it comes in at $59.99/£44.99/€54.99. Here, things get a little more complicated when it comes to the different versions available in the collection.

Here’s what you get in this collection:

  • Darius II (Sega Mega Drive version)
  • Darius Alpha (PC Engine version)
  • Darius Force (Super Famicom version)
  • Darius Plus (PC Engine version)
  • Darius Twin (Super Famicom and Super NES versions)
  • Sagaia (Sega Genesis and Sega Master System versions)
  • Super Nova (Super NES version)

Darius Cozmic Collection Arcade and Darius Cozmic Collection Console will appear on the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 outside of Japan on June 16, 2020. Also, as a reminder, Darius Cozmic Collection 2 is on the way as well. It will appear in Winter 2020.
