The Caligula Effect 2 Obbligato Pandora and Machina Trailers Shared

Due to both of The Caligula Effect games involving a virtual idol as a character, music plays a big part. The original game had the Ostinato Musicians who worked alongside and made music for μ. In The Caligula Effect 2, we have the VirtuaDoll Regret and her Obbligato Musicians. Now, trailers are beginning to appear to reveal and show off villains like Machina and Pandora.

Machina’s trailer showed up first. He’s voiced by Shunichi Toki. He appeared as Maki Chizuru in Dream!ing and as Kei Tsuzuki in The Idolmaster: SideM. The person composing his music in the game is Kemu (Horie Shouta).

Pandora is voiced by Tomoyo Kurosawa in Japan. She’s also the Japanese voice actress for Sothis in Fire Emblem: Three Houses and Fire Emblem Heroes. You might also recognize her from some other mobile games. She’s South Dakota in Azur Lane and Amiya in Arknights. Her in-game music is composed by Ayase.

The Caligula Effect 2 will come to the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 in Japan on June 24, 2021. A worldwide release will follow in Fall 2021. NIS America’s website for the game is open.
