Zero Reflex : Black Eye Edition builds upon the previously-release Zero Reflex, adding new levels, new mechanics, and new visual effects to build upon a bullet hell with limited movement. It will be available as a free update to owners of the original version.

In Zero Reflex : Black Eye Edition, players have thirty seconds to survive an onslaught of missiles, shots, shurikens, giant snakes, tentacles, and whatever else the eye can throw at them. They can only move along limited tracks just beyond the eye, though, so players will have to carefully plan their movements.

Players who survive long enough will move onto the next challenge. Failure means being thrown back to a previous one, though, as there are no save points.
