Nintendo took upon the responsibility of localizing and publishing Tenchu: Dark Shadow for North America. For some reason they decided to limit where the game will be sold. If you want portable ninja stealth action you’re going to have to go to a Gamestop or EB Games. Since EB Games is owned by Gamestop Nintendo is only letting a single retailer carry Tenchu DS. This is surprising since most publishers want their games at as many locations as possible to increase sales. Did Gamestop agree to buy copies from Nintendo at a higher price if they are the exclusive seller of the game? Will Tenchu DS sneak into the Nintendo World Store in NYC? Or is Tenchu DS such a terrible game no other retailers want to sell it?
